ORDERING -

To order, you may contact us direct via phone or email. We are a family owned and operated business, and we make each piece to customer order, by hand. We select the wood from a local lumber yard, rough out the pieces, join them together, shape them and apply the finish. With proper care, your furniture will last for generations, and it is our goal that every customer be completely satisfied with their purchase. We encourage you to call or email with any questions you have. We will be happy to provide additional photos, dimensions, or any other information you need.

SAMPLES - If you would like specific wood and leather samples please email us and include your shipping address.

 

TRADE PROGRAM - Please contact us to sign up for our trade program.

PAYMENT -

 

We accept checks and ACH. All orders require a 50% deposit when the order is placed, with the balance due upon or before delivery/shipment. To review all ordering processes please see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS here.

 

When you place an order you can expect to have your new furniture within 12-16 weeks. **Updated 05-2025**

CUSTOMIZATION -

​

Need something a little bigger or smaller? No problem. We are very happy to work with clients to customize our work so that it fits their space and needs. Please call email us with custom requests.

DELIVERY -

​

Most orders take between 6 to 10 weeks to build. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive a written order confirmation with an estimated completion date. When your order is nearing completion, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for delivery. All orders will be boxed and shipped, or a blanket wrap delivery service will be used based on order size and distance. Tracking numbers will be emailed once packages are shipped.

RETURNS - 

​

Because all pieces are built to customer order, we do not accept returns, excepting for defects or damaged deliveries. Please inspect all pieces upon delivery, and notify us if damage has occurred to the piece in transit.
